This Vortex Clutch Outer Washer has a step. It is designed for when the 'Clutch Housing Plate' is fitted to the clutch drum. The Housing Plate blocks the clutch drum holes and is a requirement for the Australian Kart Championship. The OD is 17mm but steps down to 12mm. ID 10.1, Thickness including the step is 2.5.
